Good location. Clean and budget friendly. Nice close beach and pool. The desk (Lisa) made our early check-in work! We will stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area. All around pleasant visit.

What I wish I knew: Unit 46 - Vintage/Nostalgic means old. This unit needs a major update. The mattress is very hard, peeling wallpaper border, very dirty and worn carpet.
