“Post-hurricane renovations are great ”
Newly renovated because of previous hurricane damage. Fabulous room, very clean. Great patio with pool, hot tub, and plenty of deck chairs. The patio door leads directly down to the beach. “A gem”
The resort needs to update their photos as many of the pictures are pre hurricane and don't give a true picture of how well they have upgraded and recuperated from damages. “Happy and not so happy”
Beware,I booked three weeks ago and asked for a ocean view on a upper floor and paid for it... Arrived and they put me on first floor with a view of parked cars and parking lot. Ocean was on other side of cars. Of course I complained to no avail. They claimed they had no other rooms,lied . … more

“The Marketing Dept isn't marketing to seniors”
She denied us and cancelled our timeshare presentation. Because of that I paid too much to come here because they charged 25 a day for amenities as well, so we are not coming back.
