This hotel is very comfortable. The staff is friendly. The rooms are extra clean and smells fresh even in the hallways. The hospitality when you check in I give it a five star rating. One of the staff member of the continental breakfast area named Calvin. I give him a 5+ rating or better. This guy kept the tables clean the and the food area clean. And lastly, I give the housekeeping staff 5 Stars they kept our room, neat and clean and spotless.

“Excellent Stay”

Excellent location on the beach. The pool, room and property were kept in immaculate condition. Britney Mitchell at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive.

At Property as nice and clean as it is, the customer service I experienced from a range of staff was personable, I feel the empowerment instilled in every associate. Notables began with Saad inquiring whether our experience was good, when I expressed my disappointments he encouraged a face to face at my convenience at the front desk, this is where I first meet Kristy Leonard was determined to fix my experience. And she did a number of times including up to her shift ending by assisting me to locate a pair of glasses my wife most likely didn’t bring… And Andy’s drying the pool deck furniture. We went and checked in to a Hilton down the street and it was not acceptable so I told my husband let’s give it one more try or we will head back north and when we came into the lobby the smell was such a wonderful fragrance. Then when we seen the Front desk representative awaiting for us . She was very pretty and polite and looked very professional. The warm welcome made me feel like I was where i needed to be .. Miss Kristy listened at my horrible experience and I asked her for an upgrade since I was a diamond member and she did .. She also thanked me for being a diamond member since 2007 . Miss Kristy was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding things to do . Our rooms was very clean and neat and smelled sooo good . We was right by the elevator and it still didn’t bother us .. it was not noisy at all .. I highly recommend this property and if you see Miss Kristy she will most definitely make you feel at home and welcome you with open arms. I rate her 1000/10..
