Please read reviews! I did read them and still went because I try to not believe everything I read online. I need to preface this statement with: when I go on vacation I do want to feel relaxed, welcomed, and appreciated by the business I am giving my well earned money to. This did not occur so unfortunately I will begin with the bad. BAD: Front desk or basically anyone who works there is unkind, unwelcoming, and unhappy. When we first walked in to check in the woman purposely ignored us after we tried to make noise to get her to turn around. When we arrived at 3:00 pm our room was not ready (ok, I understand check in is at 4:00 pm) that being said the blonde front desk lady told us at 3:00 pm housekeeping had only cleaned 4 rooms for the day and ours was not ready. At 4:00 pm our room was not ready. They will not store your luggage as they do not want to be responsible for them. She offered to store our luggage right at the main entrance out in the open. Our air conditioning had issues with the pump where the pump made a horrible grinding noise every 10 minutes all night long which equaled no sleep the first night. We turned it off the second night so we could get some sleep. When we inquired with the front desk about this issue their reply was that we should be thankful that our air was working as other rooms had no air at all. The front desk crew just whines and complains in front of you and you can hear them fighting all day when you walk by. 1 STAR for the people who work here and their hospitality. GOOD: Size of room was nice and the view was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was really nice as well. 3 STARs In the end we will not return. Some really unhappy people work here. I wish I knew who owned the establishment. After reading the many complaints about the employees, the owner clearly doesn't care either which makes me not want to support their business. Horrible management.

“Good deal but A LOT OF CAVEATS!”

We booked this room in January thru a third party booking site. When we got there on a Friday at 4PM check in time, we were told that the resort was overbooked by 15 rooms and there was a problem with third party bookings. We booked this room in January thru a third party booking site. When we got there on a Friday at 4PM check in time, we were told that the resort was overbooked by 15 rooms and there was a problem with third party bookings. It took 1 1/2 hours to get us a room that had been cleaned. The schedules for the reservations are not coordinated with the room vacancy schedule. They are also trying to sell timeshares and they can't even manage a regular reservation! The room is dated 1970's kitchen and bathroom. The balcony overlooking the ocean is great but at the 7th floor level, the wind comes right thru the window and door to the bed. The mattress is only fair but for the price and the area, this was a great deal.
