“Service Excellemce!”
We had such an incredible reception from Quay. We appreciate her customer service attitude. We felt very welcomed. We also had a great meal (generous portion of boneless wings). We come to FL often but our first visit to this location. We will be back. Thank you. We appreciate the great service.

“Zeta is amazing!!”
This has been lovely from start to finish. But the highlight was a woman at the front desk named Zeta! She took care of all my questions, gave me great advice, and is probably the most efficient woman I’ve ever seen! Hang onto that lady!

“The service is excellent”

“Not my typical marriott experience”
Room smelled terrible. No complimentary coffee or breakfast in lobby. Shuttle never answered.
