“Great location, poor customer service”
Beautiful property in nice location with many restaurants nearby. Concierge is absolutely wonderful. Some front desk staff lack customer service skills. Checked in with Akeem in January and again in February and it took over 20 minutes each time. He was often on the phone but not communicating… more
