“A Great Hotel To Stay AT ON Vacation!”

This Hotel was recently remodeled, and the entire facility was exceptional. From the rooms/furnishing to the pool, to the breakfast; everything was exceptional. We stayed here 9-nights on vacation, using this as a mid-spot to visit many different areas of SW Florida. We would stay here again

Megan at the bar was amazing, she not only bartended but also was the server for food. She was pleasant, happy, talkative and very helpful! Chefs Nick and Gavin did an amazing job with the filet dinners, better than Ruth Chris!

I want to say thank you to Shaune, the GM herself who leads a dynamic and very effective team. This was my second visit and a very small but productive oriented staff that really do their best to help and assist guests.What strikes me a lot is the upkeep of the building facilities and its maintenance. I am amazed at how much effort goes into keeping the surroundings and the spaces very clean and smelling postively conducive. Breakfast, thanks to the guy meme who cooks a good omelette.Megan and Tracy are great reps that do their best to assist guest needs. Having a great Manager hands on with training and creating synergy makes guest stay a great one. Certainly, will be staying here on my next visit to the area.

“Not what I expected from an Embassy Suites”

I was disappointed with this location. While one room was ready early, the other two rooms were not ready until 5:00 pm (check-in is 4:00 pm). I was disappointed with this location. While one room was ready early, the other two rooms were not ready until 5:00 pm (check-in is 4:00 pm). Nothing was offered for the inconvenience except for "I am sorry." The rooms were nice, you could tell they had recently been updated and they were clean. The beds and pillows were ok, they did the job. The common areas inside the hotel were clean as well. The breakfast made me feel like I was at a Hampton Inn. The eggs might have been real in the omelets, but they weren't "real" on the buffet. The red potatoes were not always what the sign said. One day it was overcooked shredded hash browns, another day it was like a McDonald's hashbrown, tater tots and two days we ate breakfast they were I believe seasoned red potatoes. There was no waffle maker and the waffles they did put on the buffet were rock hard. The chocolate muffins were stale like they continued to use each day what was left over. There were no signs to indicate what kind of cereal you were pouring into your bowl. One nice perk is soda was available in the morning so I could get my daily dose of Diet Coke. The evening reception was fair. The snacks were chips a dip and then one night chocolate cake and another night tater tots which I assumed were left over from breakfast. The best part of the evening reception was the bartenders. Kenny was awesome and I cannot remember the name of the other one. They made the evening reception so much fun. My husband and son-in-law watched the basketball playoffs at the bar because they enjoyed the conversation with the bartenders. The pool was nice however, there was garbage (empty corona box, used pool noodle) and dirty towels that sat until Thursday of our stay. I am assuming it was only cleaned up because a large wedding party was checking in on Thursday. The pool patio had weeds growing through the cracks (it doesn't take much to spray the weeds). There were plenty of chairs and the actual pool seemed well maintained. The actual location of the hotel was good; there was a good variety of restaurants and shopping close by. You could get anywhere pretty quickly. I am not sure I would come back to this hotel for a full week again. This hotel is good if you need to stay over for a night while traveling.
