“Love this place!”
Amazing stay! Nice simple free breakfast in the morning never hurt nobody, especially when it opens up after the event closes :) Super clean rooms with good parking and super close to Factory Town.

“Great Location for Factory Town”
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during Miami Music Week (MMW). Walking distance from Factory Town Venue, which is the reason I booked. Room was better than expected. Clean with good air conditioning. Staff were friendly. Uber and Lyft rides to Downtown or South Beach. Overall a great stay.

“Not at all up to Hyatt quality and expectations.”
All of the Staff very friendly. As an airport hotel with no shuttle service, totally unacceptable. Even the limited service property LaQuinta next door had shuttle service. The "full service" bar had no wine, 2 of 3 domestic beers out of stock and the only hard liquor available was Gin. Only 4… more

“Convenient to Airport, But Nothing Else”
A clean and comfortable hotel. If you do not have transportation, do not stay here as there are no quality restaurants within walking distance. Also, the advertised bus service to the cruise ship terminal should have taken 30 minutes, but instead took 1.5 hours due to unannounced/unpublished stop… more

“Average at Best”
The room was not in the best condition. The carpet was worn, stained, and frayed. The shower had mold/mildew, and the room was humid when we arrived. The halls also smelled like a dog.
