“Could be nice, needs work”
This place is on the edge of a nice neighborhood and a not-so-nice one. The room was good sized. But it old. It definitely needs updating. I spilled a little water on the floor and when I wiped it up the floor was DIRTY. This could be a decent place up it needs some attention and some TLC.
