The hotel was fine for a quick, one-night stopover, but with so many options in town, it’s nothing special. Many of its rooms were run down and they offer no satellite TV for entertainment. Just flimsy analog channels with static -Only 10 channels viewed without static. It was our first time visiting this area, so I trusted things I saw online, including reviews on offer . That's why I prepaid a three-night stay without hesitation. This was also based on their room's online photos, which turned out to be misleading, and I didn’t know this place was independently owned either, which might explain the lack of upkeep compared to what I know and experience at other Wyndham chain hotels. That said, the staff here was Amazing!!—all of them very friendly, courteous, and helpful—which is what made the rest of our experience bearable. Upon arrival, the first room I was given, which was on the second floor, was a huge disappointment: it had a cracked on its bathtub running all throughout, and the AC unit was also falling off the wall, so I refused to stay there with my kids for 3 nights-requesting of a new room. Thankfully, Micheal -the front desk attendant- was so helpful and kind- he quickly moved us and offered us a choice of several other units in exchange. After reviewing, we decided to stay on the first floor because this room was also without carpet, which being that this is also a pet friendly hotel, we prefer as such due to allergies. Still, the property showed signs of neglect all across, rooms at view had patched cracks and mold -all covered by cheap caulking. All in general giving us a worn-down feel. The conditions of their rooms were not like pix's in websites, and that kind of misrepresentation is so frustrating. It should be illegal, as most rooms clearly need attention and care. Please work on your Animal policies too. And avoid aggressive dog breeds which intimidate and endanger other guests. A man there was clearly careless walking freely with his pitbull without a leash. Very scary to leave our room with this big dog barking through and on the loose. Also work on the coffee that is offered during breakfast, since your rooms offer no coffee makers and this was watered down and lukewarm 3 days in a row. Your staff though is well trained. So delightful and so nice! And for that reason alone, I would reconsider staying here again, But this place needs attention. Rooms are spacious. I like the layouts and their beds are comfortable too, though pillows are not. Very flimsy. The furniture and space with a work desk was a plus. And the microwave and fridge in the room too. Both of these were also surprisingly clean -but your bathrooms in general are so rundown -the cracks in walls alongside some of your furniture are also in need of fixings and attention although your outside facade looks nice and well kept. The housekeepers were friendly and the front-of-house staff excellent, but the noise levels were out of control, especially in the mornings and late at night. The thin walls made it easy to hear arguments, conversations, and even dogs barking, which made sleeping difficult. If you’re on a budget, this place works fine. The location is fairly central—mostly corporate and industrial—and just a 10–15-minute drive to shopping areas. Still, I’d personally rather stay beachside or closer to the shops.

This is a no-frills Hotel that offers the basic amenities you need for a short stay. Overall, it was mostly clean though the carpets could use a good shampooing and the air filters Likely need to be changed. The staff was pleasant and responsive. In my first room the TV/remote didn’t work and the door handle was broken but when I reported the issues I was immediately offered another room. The replacement room was satisfactory, sheets smelled freshly laundered , which made for a comfortable night stay. It is a simple place but the customer service makes a positive difference. I will continue to use this hotel when we are in the area for competition.

“You get good value for what you pay”

Room was neat and clean. Bed was perfect, if not a little firm. Breakfast was sufficient for what we paid. I would stay here again if it was just for a place to lay my head while driving to Orlando. I might bump it up a bit if it were for a couples getaway, etc
