“Will Never Stay Here Again”
As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a riverfront room but that’s the only pro to this hotel. Our room was so outdated and dirty. Was disappointed for not having a microwave or small fridge in room, a bathtub ring in bathroom, and not so clean carpet in room.

“Hotel is in need a full rehab but it has a great location”
Nice location on the river. If it wasn't for the location, and staff they would have gotten a 1 or 2. The hotel was run down and and needs a full rehab.
