We worked with Jennifer for months planning this trip for a group of swimmers. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with big small smiles and willing hands! All week long, we had such a great experience. The hotel was clean, the free breakfast was phenomenal, in the spacious hotel lobby was the perfect spot for our teenagers to meet and play cards or just spend time together. Faith and Steve consistently checked on our group and always made sure we had everything we need throughout the week. Deven help us get set up to grill hamburgers and hot dogs for 25! He checked in on us multiple times to make sure all was good! Isabelle, Johanny, and Ana were amazing! they keep the breakfast selections stocked in the area clean. We had something different to choose from every day. We will definitely be back next summer!! The location is within walking distance to target and all the major shops. We felt safe and everyone was friendly.

In late November through mid December, a close friend was being treated at the Mayo Clinic. We were fortunate enough to find a great suite at your facility. Our friend being treated at the Mayo Clinic stayed at the Homewood Suites-St John's Center from November 23 to December 16, 2025. We occupied a suite on the second floor which offered 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and fully equipped kitchen with three televisions. The accomodations were excellent; clean and comfortable. The house keeping people were great! The staff at the desk were great and the breakfast was wonderful! These folks set their standards high and lived up to them. I almost forgot to mention the location. It is ideally situated in a large shopping center which has something for everyone's taste and is surrounded by excellent eateries! The proximity to the Mayo Clinic is ideal and it's only minutes away from Jacksonville Beach. What's not to like?

Everybody at the front desk is extremely conscientious about their job. They go above and beyond to make sure that every guest is very well taken care of all the time. Essence, Tamika, Jessie, and Totti absolutely amazing, kind, and caring individuals. There are some wonderful men that I keep trying to put their name in here and for some reason it auto correct. The maintenance men , and the housekeepers are extremely personable and kind. This might be an older Hotel with some issues but they are working on it. The people that work here are so incredible. It makes up for any issues as they are going room to room to fix and upgrade the hotel. A lot of the rooms are wonderful. And those that aren’t just have charm and they will be worked on as time allows as this is usually booked. I myself has sent several people since I’ve been here. You can’t go wrong with the location either it’s fantastic thank you again to everybody. We are having to stay due to our roof, deciding the water from all the rain belongs in the home instead of out, so it has been very difficult to navigate as well as insurance that doesn’t want to pay, etc. HOA needs to fix the roof!etc. however, every single person that works here goes out of their way ,so that certainly helps every day. Thank you to everybody.

“Average Homewood, But Great Location”

We were only here for one night. We are fans of the Homewood chain---this one was just average for the chain, but that's still good. Its biggest selling point is the location right at the massive St. Johns Town Center shopping complex. There are a great number of good restaurants within walking distance or just a 5 minute drive away. And it's one of the largest shopping areas in the US. Our two-queen suite was just fine, although maybe a bit dated. The fitness room was small. There is a pretty good-sized outdoor pool. The morning front desk manager was very friendly, but staff otherwise not that positive. There's ample free parking just outside. The free breakfast was typical Homewood (just fine). There's nothing really special about this Homewood other than the location, but that's a real plus. Overall, our stay was good.
