“Teresa is the best”
Our room was clean, the pool was warm and clean, and Teresa at reception is, by far, the nicest, sweetest, most helpful person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She went well above and beyond to make sure me and my family had everything we needed and made us feel at home.

We came as a family of four for a doctor's appointment. Great location with lots of allergen friendly restaurants within a short drive. Hotel lobby and room were very clean. “Nice Stay and Value”
I’ve stayed here several times in the past and I’m pleased with the facilities and the friendly service on all ends. It’s not a luxury hotel but very good value in a nice area. Pet fee is $25/night. I will stay again for sure on my visits to Jacksonville!
