“Hot Water Great Food Clean room!”
Great room! clean shower stall, shower head is amazing full force, Hot water is available yes I mean really a hot shower! We had great service friendly people. Susan and Amy took very good care of us! Enjoyed the conversations with them as well!!! Would definitely revisit this hotel if stopping in Jacksonville on a trip!

“Not what I am accustomed to with Marriott”
Have previously stayed here and was usually pleased with the exceptional service. This time was the antithesis of previous stays. While the renovation looks nice, some of the staff need more training.
