“Great Option”
The hotel was in a good location by St. Johns Town Center. The staff were pleasant. The room looked and smelled clean and the bed was made very nicely. We were there for the weekend without a Rental Car so really appreciated the option of having a shuttle for certain quicks trips within the desi… more

“Great hotel and staff”
The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Brice at the desk was very helpful and went out his way to help. The bar tender was a hoot, and he worked very hard in a crowd. When in JAX pick this one!

“An Aussie's opinion”
We love this Sheraton ! Nice humans,no extra charge for pups and well kept property! Another plus is the many smells (not cats)and gourmet dog biscuits from # Bone Appetit! Our humans are happy due to #Lucky Goat and best Pho @ #Urban Vietnamese across the street! Willow and Cricket 🐾🐾🐾🐾

“A fine place for business travel.”
I spent a week in Jacksonville, and my company booked me at the Sheraton. Thankfully, the hotel block still recognized my Marriott account, so at least I got credit for that stay.
