“Great seevice”
Got to go back to Pier House in Key West. Many memories of great times. It was great to see the resort in great condition. Staff and service were exceptional, Tequila at the front desk was patient and professional. We had a great time and will go back soon.

“This was our second year at this resort.”
We spent 5 nights at the Pier House. Everything was wonderful from the time we arrived. We stayed in an oceanfront king room with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

We visited this hotel in March it’s a nice hotel , and we enjoyed out stay . The rooms could do with being updated also throughout the hotel in general. “Outdated Hotel”
I was very disappointed with the actual room versus the room in the pictures that were used while booking through the website. Overall the property and room were very aged and need to be updated.
