“A hidden treasure”
Over the last 10 years, we have stayed at the Pier House several times . The location is perfectly located near all of the fun of Duval but off the road enough for it to be a quiet, tropical oasis. If you're looking for the best of the best in Key West, Pier House is it. The staff, the location, the views and the food are all top tier. “Great seevice”
Got to go back to Pier House in Key West. Many memories of great times. It was great to see the resort in great condition. Staff and service were exceptional, Tequila at the front desk was patient and professional. We had a great time and will go back soon.

We visited this hotel in March it’s a nice hotel , and we enjoyed out stay . The rooms could do with being updated also throughout the hotel in general. “Great location - needs updating”
The good - great location, decent little beach, rooms are good- sized. Breakfast is great. The gym was nice. The needs improvement- the beds and linens- beds are uncomfortable and the sheets and towels feel old and cheap. Everything looks run down, scuffed paint and doors. The sargassum was bad… more
