“Charming Key West Vibe”
Simonton has a lot going for it. Friendly, accommodating staff, lush grounds and an authentic low key vibe. If you're a walker, it's a great location. Can pretty much get to most restaurants, shops and attractions in a half hour or less.

“Weekend funsies!”
Beautiful lodging. Terrific employees. Really delightful place. Few minutes from Duval Street. Really nice continental breakfast setup. We'll be back!

“Love the Simonton ♥️”
The Simonton really exceeded my expectations. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and so cute! The grounds were also well kept and beautiful. Great location to Duval. Overall just a wonderful experience and definitely would stay here again!
