“Amazing staff at clevelander”
Michelle was amazing!! We arrived 5 hours before check in and she was able to get us a room when we came! She also was able to get a mini fridge up to our room! She was so friendly accommodating, and energetic! It was a great start to our experience in Miami!

The service was spot on and quick, Michelle & Joel were very sweet to send in complimentary champagne for my friend’s birthday and helped us with luggage too.
