An Absolute 5-Star Experience! I could not have chosen a better place for our stay. We had Versace mansion “THE VILLA CASA CASURINA” on our bucket list and we finally did it ! ☑️ The Villa Casa Casuarina is an ultra-luxury boutique hotel located at 1116 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Florida. Formerly the sprawling estate of Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace, the 1930s property now features 10 opulent custom suites, a 24-karat gold-lined swimming pool, and the fine-dining restaurant Gianni's. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a seamless and stress-free visit. Our “EMPIRE SUITE”room 305 was spotless, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed, furnished with nice sofas , paintings and other unique decorations. The hotel's convenient location makes exploring the area effortless, yet it remains peaceful and relaxing when you need to unwind. The complementary breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, and every amenity—from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the stellar property maintenance—exceeded our expectations. “Fabulous stay”

We stayed at the Versace mansion o 9/6/26 . From the moment we arrived it was a fabulous stay.Talia front of house greeted us with genuine charm. Our room was not ready but she offered us access to brunch and a mimosa whilst we waited. As our room was not ready she offered us other choices of rooms… more

We stayed at the Versace mansion o 9/6/26 . From the moment we arrived it was a fabulous stay.Talia front of house greeted us with genuine charm. Our room was not ready but she offered us access to brunch and a mimosa whilst we waited. As our room was not ready she offered us other choices of rooms so we could access our suite earlier. We chose a signature suite and it was beautiful with rich colours and textures. It was immaculately clean . The bed was the size of 2 king size beds put together and was commissioned by Versace himself . The bed was also so comfortable . Once settled there was a knock at the door and Talia had sent us up a botttle of fizz which was much appreciated . She changed our lunch booking for us to a later slot . When we went for lunch we were sat front row overlooking the Versace swimming pool . The set lunch 3 course was very reasonable at $38 . We also tied the signature gold margarita which was delicious . The pool is open to guest 07.00 to 16.00 but from 12.00 onwards people are in the restaurant that overlooks the pool so best to swim before 12.00 , you can however use the pool at the hotel Vincent which is just next door . The breakfast at the Villa is included and is very nice . Very quiet as only a few people able to stay at the Villa as only 13 rooms . The staff were all pleasant and attentive . The Villa is included a pine position on Ocean drive and short distance to Lincoln Road . Overall this was an amazing experience and we would visit the Villa again in the future should we return to Miami . Shout out to Talia who went over the top to make our stay special

OMG!!! ...... THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!! ..... My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere special and magical for our 5th anniversary and THIS PLACE DEFINITELY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The staff and service was so professional, caring, accommodating, and attentive. Beginning with the bellmen Luis and Juan who took such great loving care in getting our luggage to and from our room on the third floor with no assistance of an elevator. We stayed in Gianni Versace's Suite, which was so ARTISTIC AND BEAUTIFUL!! It truly did capture the beauty and essence of Gianni Versace's heart and soul and who he was as a designer and artist. From the very beginning of our stay, the daytime and nighttime reception staff of Talia, Fiama, and Mirel went out of their way to make us feel at home and went over and above to make sure that all our request and needs were met during our stay. Talia and Fiama made special arrangements to show us a few of the other magnificent suites we could consider the next time we stay here. Fiama made special arrangements for my husband and I to have a romantic dinner iby placing our table right next to the pool to celebrate our 5th anniversary. IT TRULY WAS MAGICAL!! ... WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK HERE!!

The main reason to visit is the location. Dining in the courtyard of the former Versace Mansion is a unique experience. Food was generally good, though not quite at the same level as the venue itself. We shared the shrimp and calamari appetizers, followed by the lobster spaghetti and the Wagyu beef. All dishes were well executed and enjoyable, but none particularly memorable. The chocolate sphere dessert was visually impressive and highly theatrical, although the presentation overshadowed the actual flavor. As a wine enthusiast, I was particularly surprised that my glass of Résonance Pinot Noir from Oregon’s Willamette Valley ($22) was served already poured into a small carafe without presenting the bottle. Résonance is a respected producer whose identity and provenance deserve to be showcased. In a venue of this caliber, presenting the bottle before service should be standard practice.
