“Pleasant experience! Close to nature.”

Great location. Outdoor area is very appealing and inviting to enjoy some quiet time close to nature. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast had very good scrambled eggs among other options. Perfect for families! Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, excellent location - walking distance to the beach & 5th Ave dinning area; quite expensive every year more pricey - we stayed over the last 9 years; breakfast is average;; minus: dozens of planes fly overhead all day, to land at nearby airport.

I really wanted to enjoy my time here, but several frustrations made for a lackluster stay. First, the dining experience was bizarre. We tried to order a plain pizza at the restaurant, and the staff flatly refused to serve one without toppings. It was an odd and inflexible policy that set a negative tone for our meals. The pool area was another major letdown. Finding an open chair is nearly impossible due to extremely limited seating. Even if you do snag a spot, don't expect a relaxing atmosphere. Because the hotel is so close to the airport, the pool area feels more like a landing pad than a vacation spot, with constant noise and planes overhead. Between the rigid service and the cramped, noisy outdoor space, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for a peaceful Naples getaway.

Recently stayed here with my two young kids and husband. Pros Location is excellent - walkable distance to all the restaurants Outside area is beautiful, clean and comfortable Lovely lady on the front desk and the cleaners were all friendly Cons No umbrellas by the loungers at the pool. Surely this is a basic requirement for Florida and with two small kids isn't ideal. My husband was accosted by a staff member when sitting under a cabana to apply cream to our kids and told it was booked. He told them there was nowhere else to do it. Nobody sat at the cabana for the rest of the day. The food is nice in the pool bar but way overpriced. A lunch for 2 adults (tacos and wings) and two fries with drinks came to 128 dollars. 20% service automatically applied even though we had no table service and had to go into the bar to order. Staff disinterested and not overly helpful. Rooms are dark and pokey. For the price they are charging the facilities could be improved. No working fan in the bathroom so pool and beach clothes could not be dried as we had no balcony and overlooked a busy road. Missing basic kitchen utensils such as a can opener and toaster. When we requested the former it never arrived. The fittings, especially in the bathroom at cheap and flimsy. There is no shuttle to the beach or downtown. 29 dollars a night for parking is extortionate. Overall a fine stay but could and should be improved with the price they charge.
