This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly from the front desk to the bar. The pool is large with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was included in the price and it was lovely - fresh fruit, cooked breakfast or porridge options. We were so impressed with our bedroom - fabulous water views! We enjoyed having a glass of wine on our balcony watching the boats go by. This is also probably one of the larger bedrooms with 2 queen beds that we have stayed in. Very spacious for both of us plus two teenagers. Only one negative was the 30 dollar parking fee per night. This is probably the only thing that would put us off booking again when we return as we would want to stay for longer and this parking cost would be too expensive.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue! The location is hard to beat—just minutes from the shops, restaurants, and nightlife on 5th Avenue, with easy access to the beach and other local attractions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions. The pool area overlooking the water was a great place to unwind, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options each morning. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value, great amenities, and outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue to anyone visiting Naples for business or vacation.

Name of Hotel - Hyatt House, Address - 1345 5th Ave Sth, Naples, Florida Date visited - 18th to 22nd June 2026 Please note - We are trying to provide an overview for travellers with wheelchair accessibility needs. Check-in/out process- Check-in was smooth and quick. They took a $200 security deposit, and we had to pay the parking charge up front Getting to/leaving the room - The lifts to the rooms were quick and accessible. Room/Suite, etc - We booked a one-bedroom suite, so although it wasn’t accessible, we knew we would have ample room Ease of getting in and out in a wheelchair - The door to the room was wide, but it was heavy as it was a fire door. Mick struggled to get the door open by himself. Room for the wheelchair and luggage - We had lots of room as we had a one-bedroom suite with a balcony. It didn’t cost a lot extra for this option. Bathroom - The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. There was a step to get into the shower. There was a shower mat to put on the floor for stability when standing. There was a lot of room for toiletries and ample towels. There was also shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Facilities WiFi - Yes Swimming Pool - Yes They also have a hoist by the pool for disabled guests. Gym - Yes It’s mainly bikes, running machines, and cross trainers. There is a cable machine and two benches for free weights. There were also mats for stretching, etc. I used the gym once, but found it quite busy with couples/groups sharing machines. I did get my workout completed, but it took quite a bit of time. Mick found it impossible to use because it was busy, and he had limited equipment available. Breakfast area - Yes - included in the price The breakfast area is large and airy. There is a very good assortment of food. The fruit is fresh and delicious. Mick opted for cereals, and there was a good selection. The hot selection rotated daily. We preferred some days to others, but the scrambled egg was always available and was good. There was also a good assortment of pastries, muffins, bagels, and breads. Lifts - Yes Restaurant - Yes. Although we didn’t eat here. Overall impression We were surprised that this is only classed as a 3* hotel. It is immaculate throughout. It is situated by the river, and there is a really pretty boardwalk around the hotel. This is accessible. There are also a couple of seating areas that we sat at with a coffee. The room was lovely; however, the balcony was a total disappointment. We had no view at all. We were looking at the canopy of the hotel foyer. The view from the kitchen window was the same. This was a shame as we like to sit on a balcony in the evening. The bar's price list wasn’t as high as some we’ve been to, but an automatic 20% service charge was added, which really adds to the cost. Accessibility rating - 4 There were accessible door openers. This made it so much easier for Mick to get around by himself. The lifts were large, and the open spaces had enough room for wheelchair users to get around easily. The disabled restroom in the public space was very hard for Mick to access. There was a stall in the general male restroom. Mick found it very hard to get in and out of this area, so I had to help him by holding the door open so he could access it. Not an ideal situation Overall rating - 4 The parking really added to the cost of the stay. Although we knew about it before booking, it still seems excessive. The lack of any view from our balcony was incredibly disappointing, particularly for the money we paid per night. It is a stone's throw from Tin City and approx half a mile from 5th Avenue shops, etc. There is an airport close by. Some people complained about the noise, but we quite enjoyed watching the planes fly overhead.
