“Returning visitor finds ION a perfect fit”
We stay a couple weeks every year and find it fits our needs perfectly. Located a mile from the gulf with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. A bit dated property but friendly and efficient staff make it a great Naples option.

THE hotel is DATED for sure and becoming shabby. “Great location. Room and bathroom great. Requested room and paid extra for room overlooking pool with balcony. No chairs on ba”
No chairs on all rooms with balcony except first floor. Front desk said balcony too small for chairs. Makes no sense and upset my stay. Took the desk chair out to sit on my balcony

“Room smell off putting”
Room wasn't all that dated, some nice work has been done, still has the old tub though. Biggest problem is the old socks smell. Other members of my party who had other rooms reported the bad smell as well. Also many reviews mention a washing machine or laundry room, sorry as of Feb 2026, no more. D… more
