Back again and still great and a good value. Excellent food,music, accommodations,staff and top it off it is close to shopping and great beaches. Very relaxing atmosphere I could actually feel my blood pressure calming down when I was greeted at my check in. Naples traffic was a little nerve-wracking that day but not the large hotel self parking lot. Staff was friendly and accommodating as always. Kinnika was our server for our hamburger and shrimp with pineapple dinner. She was very pleasant and the food was very tasty. Compliments to the chef. Breakfast Chef was accommodating with special concerns for a tiny eater whose head couldn't reach the counter. But left the breakfast bar with a big smile on her face. Another happy vacationer! There is a gym on the second floor that is open 24 hours and a good size area with washers and dryers for the patrons. Games for the kids poolside and a pool table for the vacationers. Room size is more than ample and carefully designed with a full size refrigerator dishwasher, plate, utensils,cooking pans,cook top,fan,sink etc... I did see a staff member removing a crib from a checked out room for those who wonder if the hotel is family friendly. Our room was immaculate with no issues. Even with entertainment outside it was quiet in our room. So quiet we forgot it was entertainment night. The grounds are so perfect you would not realize that the hotel is pet friendly. Pool palm trees were being trimmed one day by high climbing specialists. That was interesting to see how a tree is climbed like a telephone pole.I always wondered why palm trees had holes. Well back to reality. But what a great time had by all. Thank You again

This was a great place to stay. Every staff member was very kind and responsive. The vibe of this place is awesome. There was live music every night we were there. We loved sitting by the pool, playing the games, and having drinks at the bar. The breakfast each morning was also good. We went to the beach each day and used the chairs they allowed us to check out. The room was spacious and nice.

“Better than expected”

We just wrapped up a 4 night stay and had a very nice time here. All of the staff was very friendly and made our stay a memorable one. The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice kitchenette. Two large screen tvs that I could cast to for watching movies if I wanted to from my phone or tablet.… more

We just wrapped up a 4 night stay and had a very nice time here. All of the staff was very friendly and made our stay a memorable one. The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice kitchenette. Two large screen tvs that I could cast to for watching movies if I wanted to from my phone or tablet. The pool area was very nice, more like a resort than a hotel. Lobby bar area was great and so was the staff there. A special shout out to Ximina, super friendly and helpful. Excellent bartenders too. Shuttle service to the beach was a nice touch. Morning breakfast was actually very good. Don't hesitate to book it.

Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Naples - The hotel is reasonably priced and in a great location. The rooms and entire hotel were immaculate and clean. The pool area was both lively and relaxing and not overly crowded. The entertainment and fire pits near the pool were a welcome bonus. Everyone on the entire staff, from the front desk, to the servers, to the cleaning staff were absolutely incredible. We would like to give a special shout out to the General Manager, Tracy, who I noticed throughout the day, was overseeing all the departments at the hotel to see that everything was running smoothly. We wish we could remember everyone’s name that made our stay so enjoyable, but we would like to mention, Aubrey, the waitress at the restaurant, 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, who has such a friendly smile and who seemed to really enjoy her job. There was a wide variety of food at the restaurant which was reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast also had a wide variety of options to choose from. My stay was truly a memorable experience that I will always remember. Completely satisfied with our stay and already planning our next trip back!
