“New Smyrna Vacation”
We have been staying at New Smyrna Beach during February for the last few years. The location for these condos are excellent. Restaurants are close. “Good spot.”
Great spot. Roughly 25 minute walk to Flagler Ave. Waves has several buildings not located right at the office check in area. So map isn’t exactly accurate but good locations so don’t fret. We had a two bedroom unit with 2 bath on second floor. No elevator for be prepared to haul your luggage… more

“Good stop overnight”
It was great to stopover before heading to FLL. Close to plenty of restaurants and Publix’s. On the beach.

Many will say that Sea villas is dated but it was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The living room furniture was very comfortable and new. “Comfortable but Too Far from Flagler”
We liked our accommodations at Ocean Sands - the room was comfortable and spacious, it was right on the beach, and there was a nice pool area with beach chairs.
