“Amazing customer service”

“Amazing Front Line Staff”
A great hotel with an amazing staff! The "gatekeepers" of any great resort hotel are the folks on the counter checking you in. The ones here were amazing! JC and Beverly checked me in on Sunday and Beverly was there Monday and easily processed 27 trolley tickets while she seamlessly checked guests… more

Bit of story….we stayed here last night. I had a rough night & couldn’t sleep. I went to the lobby @ 4am, Chris was at the desk and offered to make me coffee & I agreed. “Great stay for exporting the historic area”
Cute historic looking hotel in a fantastic location to explore the historic area. The rooms are small but the staff is friendly. Our first room had problems with the A/C leaking but they moved us quickly with no problems.
