I stayed here with my adult daughter because it was near the testing center where she was taking a medical exam, and we didn’t want to fight early morning traffic from two hours away. This hotel checked all the boxes for us. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, the staff was friendly and attentive, and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. Knowing I tend to be a light sleeper, I always bring a white noise radio when I travel. The breakfast had a nice selection of coffee, tea, juices, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, bread/bagels, eggs, sausage, bacon, and fruit. You could tell the staff were really trying. The lobby was clean, I passed a staff member in the parking area picking up trash, and they were keeping the items replenished and the area clean for the breakfast. I would happily stay here again.

“Such a nice stay!”

This 4 day stay was great. The pool and spa were amazing. The breakfast was great and stocked with plenty of choices. I would have rated this five star but the fridge in our room was barely cold. We will stay here again!

“Nice property but had a water problem”

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights on the 5th floor at this property. It had easy access, good parking and our room seemed to have been recently updated. My husband and I stayed for 6 nights on the 5th floor at this property. It had easy access, good parking and our room seemed to have been recently updated. Bed was comfortable and I really liked the shower and the shelf above the sink. Well considered. However, we had some odd issues that future guests should be cognizant of. The water in the shower would completely go out 2 or 3 times during our showers. When we reported this we were told, "oh, the 4th and 5th floors were retrofitted with tankless water heaters and there is a problem with them switching between tanks when they empty. We have had 6 plumbers out and they haven't been able to figure out how to fix it." The other issue, perhaps less persistent is that we woke up one morning freezing with the AC going full blast. Couldn't turn it off. The hotel sent a manager up to change the battery in the thermostat. That didn't solve it so she unplugged the unit and said maintenance would come by when they got in to look in to it. One more oddity. I used the laundry facilities which are quite nice by the way. You can get soap and dryer sheets at the desk - kind of expensive but available. The washer and dryer have a credit card machine on the front which I found very convenient. The display said $3.00 for each wash or dry. I did several loads while there. When I checked my credit card I saw that I was charged $5.00 each. I questioned this and received an abrupt text - "This is explained on the sign posted on the wall". OK. It was now that I read the wall. There is a "hold" put on the $3.00 credit charge by a servicing bank (not named) at the washing machine. Seems weird and it did resolve on my credit card statement but the postings were hard to follow so be sure to check.
