“Excellent location.”
Room clean and efficient. It was really cold. There was no heat. Understandable for usual south Florida heat. Great breakfast. Great parking to include oversized vehicle. Plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance.

“Bring your flannel PJs just in case”
The first week of February was cold in Florida. Not chilly - COLD. My room was 60 degrees. I pushed a bunch of buttons on the thermostat to no avail. I called down to the desk and learned there was no heat in the hotel. No, it was not broken. They had no furnace. They did bring me up a comforter. … more

“third time at this hotel and always enjoy it”
Was my third time staying here, second in as many months, and my preferred hotel in the FLL area. I always enjoy the easy access to/from the airport and cruise port...but the real gem is the proximity to the mall and the shopping in the nearby area. “Great location for shopping”
This location is good because of its proximity to the sawgrass mills mall if you plan to shop. The customer service is average and housekeeping is not that exceptional. Cleaning is very basic.
