From the moment my family and I arrived, we were greeted and treated with the utmost care, attention and kindness - as if we were family to the staff... Every request was met with understanding and efficiently fulfilled... The entire atmosphere of the Hotel was absolutely refreshing and spectacular… more

From the moment my family and I arrived, we were greeted and treated with the utmost care, attention and kindness - as if we were family to the staff... Every request was met with understanding and efficiently fulfilled... The entire atmosphere of the Hotel was absolutely refreshing and spectacularly relaxing... Our rooms were perfectly curated to serve our every need for comfort and convenience... Extra Towels and Pillows - No Problem at all. Our rooms were kept clean and essential amenities were refreshed every day by house keeping. The Air Conditioning in our room was perfect during the day but was a bit chilly at night with no way to adjust the temperature on the control panel. Will like to see this addressed. We however, throughly enjoyed the view from our room 611 and even more so from the deck on the 8th floor. The fresh breeze from the open deck area was Incredibly refreshing after a long day. Really, really wished it stayed open for longer at night time... My family enjoyed a very tasty dinner at the restaurant. The Bartender was very accommodating with all our requests. The restaurant's casual setting was perfect for a laid back meal with our family. Would like to see more vegetarian options on the menu though. The proximity to the Sawgrass Mills Mall was exceptionally convenient with easy walkable access to several entrances. I wish I could name every staff member that we encountered during our stay - everyone shared their beautiful energy with us and represented the Marriott Brand with the utmost professionalism, friendliness and grace. Well done Marriott... Will definitely be repeat quests at AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale.
