I’ve stayed in this hotel many times. It has recently undergone updating, and it’s very pleasant. It is very clean and centrally located. It has a lovely pool with seating deck, and this is being regularly cleaned and maintained. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every other day which is adequate for us. We stayed seven nights and enjoyed every moment in this central location.. The cafe closes for breakfast at 9:30 AM which is early for us given that we were vacationing. However, there is Denny’s Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts very close by and Panera bread is a 20 minute walk north so we made the best of this.. We love this hotel. Find it a very good value for money and would stay here anytime we are in Fort Lauderdale.

Very comfortable, well-located and reasonably priced hotel. Lives up to the Courtyard brand in every respect. Particularly: 1. Every room has a small balcony with table and chairs. Rooms are quiet and have black out curtains 2. Lobby is spacious with large seating area filled with comfortable seating and coffee bar 3. All hotel staff goes the extra mile to greet you, answer questions and help with getting around the area 4. A variety of restaurants, CVS, and several bus stops are an easy walk nearby (Bus 55 takes you directly to the beach in about 15 minutes) 5. Pool and hot tub stay open until 11 pm -- perfect for relaxation Special thanks to hotel manager Flavia Figari. What a friendly, delightful and welcoming host! “Convenient Location, Clean Property, Awesome Staff”

The hotel room was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were nice and fluffy. The hotel property was clean and tidy. The pool is nice and quaint and pool towels are available at the pool. Plenty of parking is available and there's no parking fee, which is one of the main reasons why we choose this hotel. Overall, everyone on the staff was friendly and inviting from the moment we walked in to checkin until the moment we checked out. I actually remember their names and faces just because of the level of service each one provided during our stay. The hotel is located just a few minutes drive away from the center of Lauderdale by the Sea public beach access and plenty of eateries are available there. This is a definite plus.

Pros: The room is updated and functional with a balcony. It is a 30-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants nearby, and it's close to Chase Stadium for Inter Miami matches. Cons: Service was spotty, and the bistro was understaffed at times for breakfast. Some staff were friendly while others were rude, like the woman at checkout who was glued to the computer screen and couldn't bother to look up and say "good morning" or ask "how was your stay?" Our room had thin walls and floors, so we could hear the guests above us moving around and talking normally in the middle of the night. Not their fault. Finally, as we left, we thought we'd buy some water for the road and were shocked they charge $4.20. For a mid-range hotel, that's more than at an airport! We paid $360 per night, which included breakfast. Breakfast is not a buffet. We received a voucher for the bistro (see pictures), and it was fine, although some items were unavailable.
