Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Hot shower with good pressure. Very quiet. Close to I-77. Breakfast was a full breakfast with plenty of options. Our first stay here, for just one night. My only suggestion is for the hotel to provide more than one luggage cart and fix the only cart that is available (broken wheel).

“No freezer in refigerator.”

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Problem is they advertise refigerators in rooms, but the refigerators do not have a freezer so you cannot freeze your ice packs. I filled the chest with ice and it leaked into the plastic sealed chocolate and it makes it heavy to lift. Break… more

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Problem is they advertise refigerators in rooms, but the refigerators do not have a freezer so you cannot freeze your ice packs. I filled the chest with ice and it leaked into the plastic sealed chocolate and it makes it heavy to lift. Breakfast advertised oatmeal, but no plain oatmeal, no brown sugar for oatmeal. I bring my own oatmeal and brown sugar. Toilet was low for seniors. Will not stay again because of the refigerator.

When we arrived and were waiting in line at the check-in counter, our 1st impression was not good. It was very chaotic. It took an extremely long time for the family checking in at the counter. The next person in line was someone already staying here and had no toilet paper in their room. We were next in line, but someone came in and wanted to go in front of us because they could not get into their room. Their key would not let them in. So the employee working at the desk, left the desk to let this person in their room, using a master key. Then another person staying here came to the desk and said they needed towels. There weren’t any clean towels in their room. Finally, after all these interruptions at check-in, we were able to get checked in. However, we were told that we would not get keys to our room for about 10 to 15 minutes because the key maker was not working and they had to wait for the boss to come in and fix it. Therefore, the employee at the desk, took us to our room and unlocked the door with their master key. Then I had to stay in the room while my husband went out to the car to unload the car since we did not have a key to get into the room. After about 15 minutes, the employee from the desk came to our room and brought us two keys that were programmed. Two of the lamps in our room were missing lightbulbs. When the employee brought our keys to our room, I told him that two of the lamps were missing lightbulbs, and I showed him the lamps. He said he couldn’t do anything about it that night. He asked how long we were staying because he said they could bring us lightbulbs in the morning. I said that we were checking out early in the morning, so we never got lightbulbs for the 2 lamps. This room only had one garbage can, which was in the room. There were no garbage cans. In the bathroom. Additionally, this room did not have a clock in it. The beds in this room were very comfortable.
