Absolutely perfect for families. We were there on a Thursday. Early spring break for our grandson time to get away and just have fun Frankenmuth never disappoints you have to pay attention to what’s going on if it’s around the holidays, but there’s always something to do even if you just take the scenery I would like to commend Christina and Manisha the GSA‘s are such an important role for a hotel and these ladies are on point they know the area they know the people in where to go love this coming from Chicago where you stay at hotels and they’re like I don’t know. I’m not from this area not these ladies. They knew everything about the area seemed to be locals which I loved knowledgeable locals we ate at the lucky dog that just opened two weeks ago fantastic. Our waitress was a bartender as well. Her name was Alex great for pizza in the family area separated from the bar so you don’t have to listen to people that have had a few too much getting loud, especially when you have a grandson five stars across the board Hilton has done it again with another spectacular property and hiring the right people to represent the property is so important again kudos to Christina and Manisha. My grandson even made the comment how they’re really nice here anyways God bless. I hope this helps anyone staying there. The property is brand new. The pool is super warm set at 85° which we love my wife is always cold and was completely comfortable. The pool area was warm and inviting and absolutely perfect. Lastly, I’d like to mention it’s a new property I believe on the open about six months, but it looks like it opened yesterday. It is gorgeous the outdoor lighting on the perimeter poles. Everything you guys hit our home run the stick out will be back every time we visit at Frankenmuth. God bless guys.

“Nice hotel….not so friendly workers”

Nice and clean. Very very disappointed in lady at front desk. Rented 2 suites, one being the largest one they have for a small gathering. A total of 4 chairs between the 2 rooms. Front desk wouldn’t let us borrow 2 chairs for our dinner, and lady was not nice about it at all!!!

My family decided to do a staycation at this hotel over Christmas and explore Frankenmuth. First of all, and this is not the hotel's fault, don't bother. Everything in town is closed Xmas eve and Xmas day. Second of all, the hotel didn't really have any signature reason to stay there. It's not really within walking distance to anything, the breakfast was mediocre at best, and the pool, while nice, was just a concrete hole and a few chairs/tables around it. The lobby was a sweltering 80 degrees so you really only wanted to stay there for a couple minutes or so. Not a place where you'd want to sit and relax with guests. The pool area as well. If you're not going in the actual pool it's way too hot to hang out around the pool deck. As far as breakfast goes, there wasn't a single piece of fruit aside from some apples at the check-in desk. I know it's winter in Michigan so I'm not expecting a tropical Central American spread but at least some bananas and berries would suffice. Maybe cut up some pineapples and melons too. The 2 meat options tasted nasty. Yogurt was good though. Upon check in, there wasn't a luggage cart available. I was told there was only 2. That's ridiculous for a hotel that size. And the little store inside to buy snacks and drinks was more of an airport kiosk. Now for the positives: The rooms are spacious and had everything you need, everything was super clean. If all you care about is your room, then this is a good choice. It had a nice kitchenette with a full-size fridge and most cooking utensils you'd need. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They brought in a roll-away bed for us and gave us some options on where to go and what places in the area might be open. and everything smelled brand new. Easy parking, the walls were insulated. I had a great night's sleep. I would recommend this place for a business traveler but not for friends and family. And that may be the entire point -- providing a straightforward alternative to Drury Hotel and Bavarian Inn. I just wish I had known in advance.
