It’s easy to tell when someone actually cares about guest experience versus just going through the motions, and D’Angelo clearly falls into the former category. “Great stay - Deangelo is great!”
The beds are comfy, but the toilets are that square shape that are uncomfortable, and the water pressure was very low. The service was impeccable. Especially Deangelo who actually got me a cup of milk for a late night cake order when the market was sold out. Will definitely be back, the 2 callouts … more
