“positive and unexpected”
Austin was exceptionally helpful, professional, and a great problem solver. I had a special circumstance with billing and he worked through it flawlessly. Give him a raise Hilton!

“Nice hotel. Extra parking fee.”
The parking is close,but you have to pay $28 to park.We enjoyed our stay. Very clean.The breakfast was great.We tried to book this hotel again the following week, price had doubled.

“Don't expect room to be cleaned during your stay”
Stayed for 3 nights and room was never cleaned. We were told they clean every other night. If you book thru a travel site, be careful about the charges. We booked thru expedia and it says that the pet charge is $50 vs HI&S charges $75. You can also save some on parking if you book it via a par… more
