“Couples getaway..”
Nice hotel with a great location next to Lenox mall. The rooftop bar was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service is a plus.

“Great Experience”
I stayed at the Hyatt because it was close to an event I was attending. The morning of the event, I went to the gym and brought my leftovers downstairs to warm.
