The hotel was great! Very clean, great breakfast, and spacious room. I only gave it 4 stars because the TV signal did not work well at all in the room or at any of the TVs in the hotel lobby. For the last 2 days of our stay, it was getting no signal at all - and it was final four weekend. Disappointing that we couldn't watch in our room. But the rest was great! Great location, close to local attractions and the convention center, which mattered to us because we were there for a volleyball tournament.

“Helpful staff and lack luster amenities”

The location is fantastic. You are literally across the street from the aquarium and there are quite a few food options within walking distance. Bring your own pillow because theirs are pretty flat. We had an issue with our room upon check in but the staff was very helpful.

My stay at the Hyatt in Atlanta was a great experience overall, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service. The staff truly went above and beyond—everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality really made the stay stand out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The couch bed worked fine for one child, though it might feel a bit tight for an adult. The bathrooms appear to have been updated and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was what you’d typically expect from a hotel: solid and convenient, though fairly standard. One improvement that would make it even better would be adding a make-your-own waffle station. The hotel also has some nice practical touches, including a water bottle filling station and easily accessible ice machines, which were very convenient during the stay. Location is another big plus. It’s just a quick walk to several restaurants and major attractions, including the Georgia Aquarium, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located hotel with outstanding staff who make the experience memorable.

Everything is walkable. -valet parking $60 a night was great with unlimited in & out privileges -Front desk staff Luke was amazing and facilitated early check in/ bigger room. -Breakfast- basic. -Housekeeping- abysmal: Room not vacuumed, tables not wiped down, crumbs all over the bed still. Bathroom not cleaned . Coffee supplies not restocked. Seems like the only thing that was done was that the bed was haphazardly made & new towels were replaced. Not at all happy with housekeeping. Request for more pillows took five hours/ three phone calls. Families traveling with kids beware – when you extend the sofa bed it reaches right up to the divider. You cannot pass by to go to the bathroom from the king bed…….
