We had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Jada was a lovely server. She greeted us with a big smile and took care of us! The front desk ladies were wonderful as well!! We overall had an amazing experience.

In much the same way a hotel is simply a building until it is infused with the warm, character, personality, and genuine hospitality of the people, who bring it to life. My wonderful stay at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel was a beautiful testament to this truth. From the moment I arrived, Mega, welcomed us with such grace, warmth, and authenticity that the tone of my entire stay was instantly set for an at ease comfort. Her inviting spirit transformed what could have been a routine check in into the beginning of a memorable experience. From there, Ro brilliantly, carried the torch, illuminating every encounter with an infectious enthusiasm that seemed to breathe life throughout the warm hotel. With engaging conversation, exceptional, attentiveness, and a level of care that can neither be taught nor manufactured. Ro cultivated an atmosphere that felt less like hospitality and more like heartfelt friendship. Her presence alone, elevated the energy of the lobby, making each return feel like coming home. Long side her was Rachel, whose charm, professionalism, and effortless elegance, served as the perfect compliment, like the exquisite icing at top of a beautifully crafted runway cake adding the finishing touch to an already remarkable experience that Ro set with levels and layers. When hunger called, Ro graciously guided us to The Betty restaurant, where another memorable chapter of our stay unfolded. There, Jada and Miranda provided service that can only be described as regal. Their attentiveness was impeccable their timing flawless, and their welcoming demeanor made every moment enjoyable. The pancakes were absolutely delicious, but it was their care and professionalism that transformed a simple breakfast into an experience worthy of remembrance. Every request was met with precision and Grace never missing a beat. And when it came time to rest from our fabulous meal, Ro once again insured that excellence remained the standard. Through her thoughtful coordination, Elena, prepared our room with a level of immaculate cleanliness that was both refreshing and rejuvenating. Walking into the room, felt less like entering a hotel, accommodation and more like stepping into a sanctuary carefully prepare prepared with pride and intention. Every detail reflected her dedication to excellence and her commitment to guest comfort.. what makes the Kimpton Sylvan Truly, exceptional is not merely. It’s beautiful accommodations and inviting atmosphere, but the extraordinary people who feel it’s holes with genuine warmth, kindness, and professional professionalism. Mega, role, Rachel, Jada and Elena each contributed something uniquely special to my stay. Together, they transformed a hotel visit into an experience, rich with comfort, joy, and human connection. A hotel may provide shelter, but it is the people such as these who create a sense of belonging because of them, Kimpton Sylvan is now home

“Relaxing”

Deanna was our waitress for breakfast and was lovely. Very friendly and attentive.
