We had an outstanding stay at the Omni Hotel at The Battery. From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional and truly set the tone for our visit. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank-you to Antonio at the coffee bar, who made our mornings feel extra special. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make our coffee experience memorable — you can tell he truly loves what he does, and that positive energy starts your day off right. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to an approaching blizzard, but Victoria at the front desk made a stressful situation much easier. She helped us check out quickly and handled everything with kindness, patience, and care, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of The Battery, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and so much to do. It’s easy to get to and an ideal spot whether you’re visiting for a game, a getaway, or just to enjoy the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.

“Positive stay with one serious issue on checkout”

I stayed here during a very busy weekend for an event, which also happened to be opening night for the Atlanta Braves, so the hotel was clearly at full occupancy. Overall, the experience was positive — staff across the hotel were friendly and welcoming. However, I did have one concerning experience on checkout day. I was in a meeting room from 8–10am and returned to my room around 10:15am, before checkout time, only to find that a housekeeper had already entered and started cleaning. The door was closed, and I had not checked out yet. There was no indication from outside the room that anyone was inside. It honestly felt like I had walked into the wrong room. I understand the hotel was likely trying to turn rooms quickly due to high demand, and I would have been understanding of that. What was disappointing was the response from the front desk supervisor, who was defensive and dismissed the concern — and no one offered an apology. I hope the hotel can review this process, as entering a room before checkout without confirmation raises privacy concerns. With a more customer-focused response, this could have been handled much better.
