“Clean”
It's been such a long time ago when I went there, that I can't remember too many specifics, other than clean, affordable, and close to many restaurants. The Augusta Mall is not far away Washington Road is known for its restaurants and it's suburban neighborhoods.

“Needs help and repair”
What everyone says here is true. NEEDS REPAIR AND ATTENTION. The breakfast is good. But get there early. They don't keep it stocked very well when it's late. Staff was nice. But goodness, it needs some attention. Make sure you pay the cheapest rate to stay here.

“Adequate, for the price it is fine.”
Tired old place but for the price it is value. Breakfast is good if you are from the South but folks like us from England we could have the scrambled eggs and country sausages.
