I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Augusta, Georgia and had a really great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made my stay smooth and relaxing. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding customer service from the overnight front desk clerk, Jordan. Jordan was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you run into someone who takes that much pride in helping guests, especially during overnight hours, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Because of Jordan’s excellent service and the overall quality of the hotel, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Augusta.

I just randomly chose this hotel because I was driving and needed a place to spend the night. What a great find! I was first greeted by two of the most energetic, kind and helpful young ladies (Amanda and Lyric) at the check in desk. The rooms are newly renovated and are super clean and spacious, coffeemaker and fridge in room, and a nice, clean bathroom with soft, fluffy towels. There is a guest reception area with light appetizers and drinks (wine, beer, and sodas) and the attendant (Nancy) was also very sweet. I can tell the employees like working here and one even mentioned how their employer cares - so that speaks volumes. Location is convenient to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. I am an older female traveling solo and I felt completely safe. Parking was safe and convenient. This hotel is in its final stages of renovation (but it had no impact on my stay) and I can't wait to stop back when it's complete! Thank you for a nice evening and restful night!

“Clean hotel!”

The hotel is very nice and clean. Blackout curtains if you would like to sleep in. The only downside I would say because I had a 6 day stay and it affected me was there is only one washer and dryer located on the 3rd floor and the washer doesn’t even work so that was very disappointing and we had t… more

The hotel is very nice and clean. Blackout curtains if you would like to sleep in. The only downside I would say because I had a 6 day stay and it affected me was there is only one washer and dryer located on the 3rd floor and the washer doesn’t even work so that was very disappointing and we had to go to a laundromat. There also wasn’t a microwave in the room and the fridge was very teeny. The beds are very comfy however and it was very much a relief to come to a clean room after already two bad experiences of hotel from a long roadtrip. There were signs that were posted saying renovations were being completed during the day but it did not affect me or my sleep at all and I stayed on the third floor. I would recommend this place!

Construction onsite everywhere meant parking our first evening was in a lot next door at another inn. The elevators had plastic lined floors. We stayed on the fourth floor with many of the workers whom were working on the third floor during the day loudly. They stopped by six in the evening and started promptly at eight AM. Breakfast was nice in a remote conference room that the keyed door did not open with our keys so you had to knock for entry. The eggs at breakfast were very good and the selection was pretty nice. The staff was really helpful despite the challenges they must face at every turn. Our floor had been recently remodeled and was very nice. When done this place will be very nice.
