“Nice hotel. Can be even nicer if the staff member Tracy were not here.”
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the World of Hyatt at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross. If it weren’t for the experience with one staff member, Tracy, our stay would have been a 10 out of 10 in terms of service. “It was a decent hotel stay. I got what I paid for.”
Trash was overflowing and spilled out in the hallway right at the elevator. My key card stopped working in the middle of my stay. It was surprisingly cheap the two nights that I stayed. Overall good deal for what I paid. The room itself appeared to be clean, though there was a stain in the carpet.
