Spent two nights at this location separated by a week for each night. For both nights check-in was quick and easy but in order to park in their "garage" you need a parking pass. If you park underneath before you check in, you can't get in to access the elevator to the front desk. So easiest way is to go to the front entrance, check-in, and then park underneath so you can access the elevator via your key card. Rooms were clean, some minor maintenance was needed in both stays (loose faucets, clogged drain) and were turned in to the front desk. Road noise can be loud up until 11pm, but after 11 not too bad. The HVAC works well but is a bit loud, second stay I shut it off when I went to bed it was too loud. Overall a good stay, property is located close to restaurants along with shopping and grocery stores. Easy access to highway to continue your travels.

“Comfortable Stay”

I chose this hotel because of its low rate and free breakfast. We had to be downtown everyday and it was only 15-20 minutes away. I chose this hotel because of its low rate and free breakfast. We had to be downtown everyday and it was only 15-20 minutes away. It was conveniently near a plaza with Publix, Walgreens, Domino's and Arby's. The hotel had additional parking below, which was never full. My favorite thing about this hotel was the coffee maker in the lobby available 24 hours. You put a cup in the machine and it brews fresh coffee. On the mornings we had to leave before breakfast, I was able to leave with a hot cup of coffee. The breakfast was basic, but good. There is warm food (eggs, biscuit/ gravy). There was a pancake maker that churns out pancakes. Oatmeal, cereal, and fruit were available, too. There were 2 elevators that worked, so I didn't have to wait too long to hail one. The rooms were clean and spacious. I appreciated room service coming to clean up every day. I appreciated the long area in the room to lay out luggage and bags. I stayed for 4 nights and easily got comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

When I came down to breakfast at 6:25 this morning there was a young man at the desk on his cell phone. The seating area was a mess- chairs and tables askew, not one clean available seating area . There was a woman who was obviously working hard to get the coffee machine ready. She asked the guy for cups and he said there were no more. After she looked herself, she found plenty. He begrudgingly helped her carry them and returned to his phone- and remained on it until I left the area about 20 minutes later. His name is Dustin- or something similar. Why is this man at the desk representing your hotel? While most of my stay at the hotel was excellent, THIS is what I’ll remember most from my visit.

The only benefit of being a club member was early check in at this location. Their WiFi was not intuitive with our fire stick so we ended up using our own WiFi plan. We waited 20 min for their maintenance man to show -which he never did- to troubleshoot the WiFi. Breakfast items on a Friday 1.5 … more

The only benefit of being a club member was early check in at this location. Their WiFi was not intuitive with our fire stick so we ended up using our own WiFi plan. We waited 20 min for their maintenance man to show -which he never did- to troubleshoot the WiFi. Breakfast items on a Friday 1.5 hours before it ended were not being restocked. Housekeeping staff did not speak English. This felt like an econolodge with IHG branding.
