The property exudes a "decades-old" charm that feels authentically Southern, yet it is immaculately maintained. Accommodations: The Elevated Corner King Room #322 on the 3rd floor is a standout. It is an ADA-compliant, large stand-in shower with no bench. Request shower chair at concierge. A well-appointed corner King room that feels bright and airy, thanks to soaring 16-foot ceilings and four total windows offering beautiful views of historic Lincoln and Bay streets. The Bedroom: A highly elevated California King bed. The Living Space: A separate living area includes a seating table, couch, and two chairs. Amenities: A mini-fridge and microwave are included, robes. Daily Touches: As of late 2025, complimentary bottled water and a sealed popcorn kettle are provided per stay.
