“Convenient Location”
We booked two rooms prior to a cruise. Our check-in process was very smooth and our room included breakfast on our morning of departure which was very convenient. I was booked into a room with mountain and city views but was given a room overlooking the car park. I went to reception and the person I spoke to rectified the situation and gave me a room on an upper floor with a much better outlook. Choose the hotel for its proximity to shopping centre and it was certainly convenient. Decided to try the breakfast buffet which turned out to be so good we had it every day of our stay.
