The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly..in fact all staff we encountered were awesome. The room was clean and comfortable but dated. For the money spent this was good value. The rooms are a little old fashion but clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels in good condition and white , there was plates , cups and cutlery in the room which came in handy. “A Home in Waikiki”
We have been staying in this hotel as a family. It always feel like coming home and they always change with times and maintain the cleanliness. Erica and the front desk crew are very helpful , understanding and kind.
