“Alana Waikiki”

“Back after 13 years!”
So far the experience has been great Jung Min was amazing helping at the front desk. We had issues with reservations in the app and was able to fix it quickly.

“Quality service and comfort”
The desk staff, especially Kim at check in, were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. We appreciated how quickly the valets retrieved our car and how clean and comfortable the rooms were.
