“Fantastic room and staff”
We will stay at Ambassador every trip. Our second stay in a year. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is top notch. Earl is awesome and goes out of his way to ensure we have the best customer experience. Ambassador will always be our first choice when visiting Waikiki.

“Reasonable place to stay in Waikiki”
The hotel was fine. Only one complaint: one day the room was not made up at all and the next day it was being made up late, around 5 pm as we were returning from our day out.
