“Best room experience and Staff.”
I want to give a shout out to Jessica from the corporate office, and Hope from Castle Kona Bali Kai in Kona Hawaii!! They saved our entire trip!! “Pretty nice. Close to so much.”
Second time here, got a suite, 263. Sliver of ocean view. Clean, well stocked kitchen and finally found light switch under bar for kitchen light and broom was beside fridge. Bed slept well. AC and fan were great. Shower hot and had plenty of shampoo and conditioner. TV worked well. Pool was as reme… more
