“Food and shopping galore”
Cool hotel with easy access to the protected beach cove and another jump in point for open water swimming and snorkeling. It's right in the thick of things so pay a little extra for an ocean facing room. tons of food and shopping right outside your door. clean rooms and good sized.

“Great location with minor flaws”
Hotel was clean and I think that is the most important part of a hotel. Rooms were roomy and decorated nicely. The tub was a bit of a step up which could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. “Needs more Aloha.”
Great location, but the entire staff, especially the front desk, needs training in hospitality. It's free to smile and for God's sake, make an attempt to hide whatever it is your mad about. Looks like it's time to send in a secret shopper and see what's going on.
