“Unhappy customer”
There is no pool. Hotel charges $20 for parking which there are only approximately 10 narrow stalls and they ran out of hot water at night. Also, at checkout clerk charged the room to the wrong credit card and gave the credit to another card. Sorry but would not stay here again!

“Kona Seaside Hotel - nice place in Kona”
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Each has a lanai (balcony), with a hammock and chairs. Request a 2nd floor room for more privacy (Room #230 recommended). “Quiet resort ”
Nice clean quiet place staff friendly and helpful close to all activities had extra large screen TV coffee maker and steamer for clothes balcony with table and chairs lovely greenery and privacy would stay again

“Sweet, Convenient Hotel”
Flew in one day early for yoga retreat at Konalani. This is a sweet small hotel tucked away from Ali'hi Drive in Kailua Kona. Rooms face a long garden.
