“Stayed on the Gold Level and it was truly Gold.”
This was our third visit to the Fairmont Orchid, and we will be going again next year. We stayed on the Gold Level, which included breakfast and afternoon appetizers and snacks. “Simply Amazing!”
We stayed at the Fairmont, Gold floor, and it was absolute perfection! We were greeted by Lora, the concierge, who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. “Outstanding”
The Fairmont was outstanding! Top line service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Loved the property, they take very good care of the grounds and the whole property! One person in particular stood out, Samson was very helpful! I can't say enough about this property!

The Fairmont Orchid certainly lives up to its 5-star rating. The service, staff and property are exceptional in every way starting with Mary Rose at the front desk and Resty at the valet stand. These two individuals impacted our stay in a very positive way.

“Helpful fun staff”
Fairmont Hotels are always wonderful! But this was an very special experience with two of their staff members. One gentleman was Sampson who worked by the pools. He was so helpful informing me of special snorkeling places around the Fairmont beaches. Always smiling friendly and extremely personable… more
