“Great service and food”
We only went to dinner at the Grand Wailea. We ate at the Italian restaurant. The people at valet were very nice. “Waldorf in name only, it’s still a Grand Hyatt from 1991.”
The Grand Wailea Waldorf still looks like the 1991 Grand Hyatt that it originally was. The hotel is tired and needs to be upgraded and updated. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The pools and outdoor areas are amazing and beautiful. The price point is at the Waldorf level… more

“Is it worth it???”
I am here now and to be honest there is nothing GRAND about the resort except the price tags. There is not enough chairs or even close to accommodate the guests by the pool. If you’re not down there by 6 AM-7:00 AM, good luck. Which is crazy, because the slides don’t open until 10:30. It also seems… more
