“Service and Sympathy”
While I was staying there a local relative died. The staff, and Dean, and Aisha went above and beyond to take care of me and my family during this trying time. Hyatt Place Champaign/Urbana has a friend forever.Their kindness, sympathy and support will not be forgotten.

“Great stay in a convenient location”
Great experience! Breakfast buffet is among the better in terms of Hyatt Places, and the front desk check in was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with ample linens and towels as well as very comfortable beds and black out blinds for rest.

“Breakfast is deceptive and terrible”
WARNING - Hyatt's breakfast is not continental!!!!! The breakfast is marginal at best.
